5.4 B2B lead recognition (Leadinfo)

We use Leadinfo to see which companies visit our website. Based on IP address, Leadinfo identifies the company behind a visit (not the individual person) and links this to company data such as name, address and industry from public sources (e.g. the Chamber of Commerce). We use this to better tailor our services to our business relations. Leadinfo places a script for this purpose and may set cookies to track visitor behaviour within a session. Google Analytics 4 Used if a GA4 measurement ID is set in the website settings, and only after consent for analytics. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC.   • _ga_* — 2 years — stores GA4 session status

Marketing (only with consent)

Google Tag Manager Used if a GTM container ID is set in the website settings, and only after consent for analytics and/or marketing. Tag Manager is a container. The tags within it (such as Google Ads or other pixels) are configured in Google Tag Manager and only run after the corresponding consent.

Depending on that container, Google may also set advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au. We do not share this data ourselves for marketing purposes of other parties.

If both GTM and a direct GA4 ID are available, the website uses GTM only.

Leadinfo

  • Name: incl. li_id, _leadinfo (names may vary per implementation)
  • Type: cookie and/or script
  • Retention period: typically up to 24 months
  • Function: identifies, at company level (based on IP address), which organisations visit the website, for the purpose of B2B lead generation. No data on individual visitors is collected.
  • Processor: Leadinfo B.V.

7. Consent

  • Preferences — choose and save analytics and/or marketing yourself
