• Mailing list: email address.
• Server/technical logs: limited technical data (e.g., IP address, timestamp) produced by our hosting environment for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use your data (legal bases)
• Respond to your inquiries (legitimate interests: running and growing our business, providing support).
• Send newsletters/updates if you subscribe (consent; you can withdraw at any time).
• Operate, secure, and improve the site (legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service reliability).

Where your data comes from
Directly from you via the forms you submit, and indirectly from our hosting infrastructure (technical logs).

Retention

• Mailing list data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Suppression list: if you unsubscribe, we may retain your email in a minimal “do-not-contact” list to honor your request.

Sharing and processors
We don’t sell or rent personal data. We use trusted service providers (e.g., website hosting, email/newsletter delivery, form delivery/backup). They act as our processors and only handle data on our instructions under data processing terms.
